One donation can start thousands.
Give blood, bring a friend, and watch your neighborhood grow around it. When the people you invite give, it counts for you. When their friends give, it still counts. Every ring, with no limit.
103 neighbors in one demo ripple, all from a single first donation.
Free for donors. Rewards funded by sponsors. Every donation logged with a one-time code from your blood center.
Every two seconds, someone in the U.S. needs blood.
One whole-blood donation can help up to three patients.

Most people who could give never do. Nobody asked them.
Blood cannot be manufactured. Hospitals depend on a small group of regular donors, and every campaign to grow that group starts from zero. Ripple makes the ask personal: it comes from a friend, and it keeps counting long after the first pint.
You are not one donor. You are the start of something.
Every name in your ripple is someone who showed up for a stranger because you asked. Ripple keeps all of them in one place, so you can see what your first donation started.

Their donations count toward your impact. So do their friends', and every ring after that. No limit.
100 drops to you, then 20, 10 and 5 for your first three rings, and 1 drop for every ring beyond. No limit.
Impact first. Everything else second.
Your home screen leads with donations and lives touched. Drops sit underneath, where a thank-you belongs.
Your blood center gives you a code after you give, on a card or by text or email. It works once, so every donation in Ripple is a real one.
20, 10 and 5 drops for your first three rings, then 1 drop for every ring beyond, forever. Your ripple has no edge.
Every drop is an append-only, hash-chained entry with a ring and a source. Nothing is edited, ever.
Real reasons, in donors' own words.
Why I started RippleAround Thanksgiving 2025, doctors diagnosed my brother Julian with T-ALL, a type of leukemia. I was 15 and he was 20. Since then, Julian has received more than 50 bags of blood. I remember watching him receive it. Each bag came from a donor we will never meet. I felt like I couldn't do anything except pray and trust the doctors' hands. Then I thought of Ripple. I haven't donated blood myself yet, but I can ask my friends to give, and they can ask theirs. Julian is still fighting. His case is rare, and he still needs blood and platelets. The blood you give goes to patients like him.
My daughter is O negativeShe was born early and needed a transfusion in her first week. Universal donors kept her alive. I cannot give O negative, but I can give, and I can bring people who can.
For my grandfatherHe needed four units after surgery. Four strangers he never met. I give so somebody else's grandfather gets his four.
